03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the Luck BD platform. When registering on Luck BD, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. 04 Deposits and Payments

Luck BD accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three primary mobile banking platforms used in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may be subject to additional verification.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically credited to your Luck BD account within two minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, please contact the Luck BD support team with your transaction reference number.

Note: Luck BD does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is received from an account not registered in the player's name, it will be returned and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.


05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on Luck BD are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are typically processed within two minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, withdrawals may be subject to a manual review, which can take up to 24 hours.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, Luck BD may require identity verification. This is a standard procedure to protect players and prevent fraud. Players who have not yet completed verification may be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and a screenshot of their payment account showing their registered name.

06 Bonuses and Vouchers

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Luck BD platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is published on the game information card within the Luck BD lobby. Luck BD does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the game server's recorded state at the time of the fault. If a round cannot be resolved, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's Luck BD account balance. Luck BD's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Luck BD reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that Luck BD deems harmful to the platform or its players.

Players may also request the closure of their own Luck BD account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days.
